Tears on Tape is the upcoming eighth studio album by HIM Finnish band, HIM. It was confirmed by Ville Valo on the band's official Facebook page that they will be "...entering the studio in early September and released early 2013.
Sound & mood of the album
"For me the album´s cocept is the Bermuda Triangle. There is Smashing Pumpkins, Black Sabbath and Roy Orbison. Those are the three that I like to face each other. Or if Elvis Presley´s "Love Me Tender" faces Black Sabbath´s "Nib"
Next spring and summer HIM will tour in Finland (clubs and festivals)." Ville Valo
