as a band, we had agreed right from the start that the New Year’s shows would be on if, and only if, we have new songs to present you. There have indeed emerged exciting ideas for songs - all we would need was time to work on them.
You see, originally we had agreed to give our various side projects the precedence this year. In our wildest dreams we thought we could maybe manage both tasks!
First of the side projects is Linde’s band Daniel Lioneye, that also has Mige and Burton in its ranks. The band’s third album, appropriately titled “Vol. III”, is out now and the guys are going to be touring it in the fall. The European leg of the tour will end in mid-December...
…and, you guessed it, that doesn’t leave us with the time we would need to finish some new material before New Year’s Eve. There would be no point in ‘rush-releasing’ the new songs, playing them in an embryonic state. We strongly feel they deserve more – and so do indeed you!
Hence, no Helldone shows this year.
(Oh yeah, there are also a couple of… hmm… Mystery Projects in the works. More of them later!)

Something is happening, something new from Ville, a solo project, apparently. Under the label "Love Record", which is actually a former record label from Finland, in honor of their 50th birthday. However, on Spotify the label looks to be Universal Music Oy.
Ville, apparently, has also a new Facebook page of his solo project "Ville Valo Virallinen". "Virallinen" means official in finnish. So we may guess that this is the official solo page (or social page) of Ville Valo and his project.

Ville Valo is finally smiling again with his new girlfriend! Today on YouTube surfaced a new video taken from the Leo Stillman (Face of God singer) Snapchat. Ville Valo is with a girl, probably his new 2016 girlfriend. So, Sandra Mittica is no more Ville Valo's girlfriend.

Jussi69 with Ville have announced that his radio show "Jussi69 Rock N Roll Circus" on Radiorock.fi will become for a few weeks featured by the one and only Ville Valo, and will be temporarily called "Ville69 Jussi Valo Love Metal Massacre".
Ville Valo, as the year pass by, is starting to look more and more like his father, the legendary Kari Valo. We noticed even more in the latest photo shot by Ville Akseli Juurikkala. On the left, Ville Valo, on the right, Kari Valo. A metamorphosis has begun.
